AMAZING SERVICE! I would highly recommend Billy Bynes and his True Steam Carpet Care. I relied on other recommendations to select him and when talking to him about the possibility, I was struck with his statement, "I have a passion for cleaning carpets." True to his word, he and his helper/wife came yesterday and deep-cleaned the carpet in my whole house. Billy also meticulously cleaned my den sofa and made it smell like new. Rarely have I seen anyone work harder; he was a blur of never-ending movement. It was a pleasure to have this young, hard-working couple in my house and the results are amazing. I'm reveling in how clean and beautiful my carpets look, feel and smell. I will be a loyal return customer and will recommend him to others. BRAVO!
