I hired Nehemiah to repair my retaining wall by replacing some cross ties that had fallen down. They repaired the wall, and 3 months later the wall started to fall apart again. I contacted James Williams and explained the problems and asked him to come by to see what may be the problem and what would be needed to repair the wall correctly. When I first contacted him he said he would come and address the problem. Well, I left voice messages and text messages about once per week for 2 months and he never did come back to even look at the wall. That was several hundreds of dollars wasted. So don't waste your money! Find a professional and skilled handyman. I gave one star only because that's the lowest rating, it should be zero star.
