This place is a disgrace! These people are nothing but lazy, and incompetent individuals, and they don't do good business. I brought my car to this place on the 13th of February. I paid a $459 deposit. Today is the 23rd of February. My car is still not fixed. How difficult is it to fix a clutch in a BMW and how long does that take? Not only that, we were given excuses about why their mechanics were calling in, and that BMW had sent them the wrong part! When did they order the part? My husband called five days into this transaction to see how things were going. He was told that the car was in the air being worked on. Anything to get my husband off the phone right? The people working there are extremely incompetent and maybe the mechanics aren't being treated well and that's why they are calling in. I thought I was being smart by leaving the car there for 10 days so that they would have enough time to get it fixed because they are so slow. If you don't want to be disappointed, don't take your car there. Don't be a fool like me and now I can't ride around with my top down on a nice day like today all because they did not finish my car in a timely fashion. The owner refuses to take responsibility for her actions. I told her that she is going to reimburse me for my rental car that I had to get for this weekend. All she did was cut me off in the middle of my sentences and make excuses. If she doesn't reimburse me for my rental car expenses then I'm going to court! At this point it has nothing to do about the money! It is all about principle, and there is no way that she can make me think that this is BMW's fault. If it was it still shouldn't take this long. They should have found out long before now that the part was wrong and my car would have been finished before 10 days.
